Heritage Square is a multi-tenant office property located at the crossroads of the Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway, across from the Dallas Galleria. Their goal was to increase the visibility of the property from the freeways and surrounding area, which were increasingly high-rise buildings. The property was given an iconic landmark at its entrances & a logo design that raised its identity profile within the prestigious neighborhood.
