Huntington Memorial Hospital is one of the largest health care providers located in the greater Los Angeles area. The campus is located in Pasadena, home to the American Arts & Crafts movement. The influence of the Greene Brothers and the highly-detailed California bungalow, namely The Gamble House (note website link, images 3 & 4), brought the signage design a unique "stepped-edge" feature that unified the program. The system was awarded and recognized with a beautification acknowledgment by the City of Pasadena.
